THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER GREAT YEAR

As we celebrate the holiday season and prepare for the New Year, I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for the contributions you have made to work we do at Sovereign Health. Each day, the teams at Sovereign Health work diligently with one primary objective in mind: to deliver the highest quality of individualized care possible to every one of our patients and their families.  We never take for granted that we would not have the opportunity to provide treatment to our patients without the help and cooperation of the healthcare professionals and other referral sources who trust Sovereign Health to treat their patients.  We understand that trust is something that is earned, not given. We honor the fact that to maintain your trust, we must consistently deliver high quality treatment services and continually strive improve the work we do across our entire organization.

2015 has been a year of strong growth for Sovereign Health. For the second year in a row we earned a spot in the Inc.5000, a list of the country's 5000 fastest growing companies.  Over the past three years Sovereign has compiled an impressive three-year growth rate of 365 percent.  In 2015 alone, we grew 596% and added close to 620 jobs nationwide. To maintain and expand our treatment service offerings and quality of care, we have added two new members to our Senior Management Team. Ashish Bhatt, M.D. joined Sovereign Health as our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and in November, Anthony Mele, Psy.D. became our Chief Clinical Officer (CCO).  Both are making key contributions to our organization that will benefit the patients who come to Sovereign Health for treatment.  Each has contributed an article for this year-end newsletter.

On behalf of all the employees of Sovereign Health, we wish you a joyous, healthy and safe holiday season. In a time of global unrest, we hope that 2016 will bring all of us greater peace and some much needed serenity. We look forward to being of service to our patients, their families and the healthcare provides we work with. We are most grateful for your support.

Sincere Best Wishes,
Tonmoy Sharma

'Enjoy the Holidays' for What They are Meant to be

The holiday season along with its lights and celebrations, often brings some unwelcome guests, stress, fatigue and depression. It is of no surprise that the holidays present an accumulated amount of demands such as shopping, cooking, cleaning and entertaining among many others.

"Enjoy the Holidays: Turn Holiday Stress Into Holiday Cheer" was written by Rebecca CofiƱo to help readers recapture the magic of the holiday season. Unfortunately, recent years have seen the holidays turn into a season of stress that robs people's credit cards, time, consumes patience and drains energy. Every year individuals strive to relive the experience of joy felt as children. Yet, somehow the holidays end up spinning things out of control. Referring to the holidays as a single entity, the author presents an interesting calculation.
