Sovereign Health organizes monthly networking events to discuss topics like eating disorders (bulimia, anorexia, orthorexia & more), K2 spice addiction, bipolar disorder, opiate addiction, depression, alcohol dementia, meth detox, marijuana addiction, alcohol abuse and how patients can benefit from time spent at a dual diagnosis treatment facility. These mental health networking events take on a variety of forms, some involve featured presenters and some are designed strictly for networking.

This is Dr. Snyder speaking on the impact of meditation and how it increases overall brain wellness and can be a valuable tool in treating eating disorders, addiction and a variety of dual diagnosis conditions. Dr. Snyder was awarded his M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and is a clinical faculty member at the UCI Medical Center and the American Academy of Family Practice, the California Medical Association as well as being a member of the American Academy of Addiction Medicine.
