Our highly qualified, experienced staff provides treatment in a safe, supporting environment. Our counselors and therapists have achieved a success rate rarely achieved in other treatment centers. Our treatment is affordable and effective. We focus ratheron counseling and therapy, to get to the source of the problem than simply using medication to treat the symptoms, as is more common in psychiatric hospitals. We offer individual counseling and therapy sessions, in conjunction with group sessions, in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Individual Attention & Depression Therapy

Here, at Sovereign Health of California, we offer treatments that get to the source of depression, not only reducing the symptoms but achieving an end to depression.

We have comfortable and, welcoming day treatment facilities in the picturesque community of San Clemente, a stone’s throw from some of the most beautiful beaches in Orange County. We offer 30, 60 and 90 day Intensive Out Patient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) treatment programs. We also have a continuing after care support at the end of your treatment.

We offer individual clinical therapies, combined with holistic treatments such as acupuncture, massage and meditation – all at a reasonable cost. We offer recovery – not simply a mask for the symptoms!

Treatment for depression takes time and can be emotionally painful. But, from the outset, you will see a gradual improvement day by day until you achieve full recovery. Our treatment succeeds, where others fail!

Treatment, typically takes between 30 and 60 days, although some clients take longer to reach recovery. There is no set limit to the time it takes, but we would recommend an initial 30 day commitment from you.
