"The biofeedback showed me how to relax. I started learning techniques – breathing, different imageries. I'm practicing meditation to the best of my ability – and there's just so many things that I have got from this program. After I got into AA, I was with the similar people around who used to call such places spin dryers, but they are not. This place is not a spin dryer.
