Clinical Director
Jasmin Rogg is an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who has been providing care to clients in a variety of settings for over 30 years. Jasmin received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles and has been an MFT for a decade. Jasmin has been active in the mental health community for many years, acting as a Group Facilitator in many programs, including Promises Treatment Centers, Exodus, Casa de Las Amigas, Pasadena Recovery Center and A Better Tomorrow. She has also served as Program Director at the Substance Dependence Unit at Mission Community Hospital and maintains her own private practice that she has held for almost a decade. She is also author of the book “To Hell & Back, How to Have Feelings & Stay Sober at the Same Time”, which explores how those dealing with substance abuse can handle the feelings they develop. Jasmin Rogg’s expertise, dedication and service to the field of mental health make her the ideal candidate to head Sovereign Health’s Culver City facility.
Associate Director
Dr. Roxanne Prilutsky is the Associate Director of Sovereign Health’s Culver City facility. Dr. Prilutsky received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology with an emphasis in Individual, Family and Child therapy. In addition to her current position, Dr. Prilutsky treats individuals, couples and families at her private practice in Pasadena. Dr. Prilutsky has a long history of educational, work and research experience. She provides individual and group psychotherapy specializing in addiction, OCD, trauma and other anxiety-related disorders, as well as geriatric stress. Before joining Sovereign, Dr. Prilutsky worked in treatment settings including a community mental health center, Aurora Las Encinas psychiatric hospital, and at the Pasadena City College Counseling Center. Dr. Prilutsky is also an active member of several professional organizations with additional training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and assessment test administration of OCD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and related disorders. With her great breadth and depth of experience in the field of mental health, we at Sovereign are proud to have Dr. Prilutsky as part of our Culver City staff
Clinical Coordinator
William (Blake) Prewett is the Clinical Coordinator for Sovereign Health’s Culver City location. Blake holds a BA in History and Political Science from Rutgers University and a strong passion for therapeutic work. Before joining Sovereign, Blake was in charge of Document Control at Replication Medical in Hightstown, New Jersey. Being a clinical administrator is a position that Blake is uniquely suited for and we are glad to have him as part of our administrative team at Culver City
Counselor
Malia Lindy is one of the Counselor’s at Sovereign Health’s Culver City Facility. Malia received a degree from the Addiction Studies Program at Los Angeles’s Pierce College. Malia has been deeply involved in client care for a decade and has served in a variety of positions to help clients with their therapeutic process. Before joining Sovereign, Malia served as a Program Technician at the Harmony Place Treatment Center, an Assistant Residential Manager at the Promises Treatment Center and an Intern Counselor with the Salvation Army. Malia brings a positive, dependable and dedicated attitude to Sovereign Health, making her an extremely valuable member of the team.
