Here, at Sovereign Health of California, we guarantee that all client information is kept completely confidential. Client records are kept secure at all times and your legal rights to privacy are respected throughout your treatment and beyond, into aftercare.

All our highly qualified staff are required to sign non-disclosure agreements and are not permitted to disclose any identifying information regarding a patient unless:

• The patient consents in writing.
• The disclosure is allowed by a court order.
• The disclosure is made to medical personnel in a medical emergency or to designated and qualified staff for research, audit, or program evaluation.
• We are required by law to provide information regarding a crime committed by a patient – either at the program or against any person who works for the program – or about any threat to commit such a crime.
